 All updates will be made approximately 2 hours before each game. (No update on field conditions for practices - Games Only)

Game Field Condition Updates:  Weekday Games: Updates will be made between 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm. All up-dates are given to OYB   from Olathe Park and Recreation who preps the fields. *Note: Updates will not be given before 3:30 pm. Please Do Not Call the Office Before   3:30pm - Be sure to tell your parents. Weekend Games: Updates will be made approximately 2 hours before each game

 Rainout Rescheduling: Should your game be rained out your team manager will work with his division president who then work with the league   scheduler to reschedule the game. Please do not call the league scheduler or the OYB office for rescheduling games.
 Call your division president first.

 Practice Rainouts: 
 Parents should communicate directly with your team manager or coach for practice rainout information.
